At Glowa, use Shopify Payments to provide a secure, encrypted, and seamless checkout experience for our customers in the United States.

3. Payment Currency: All prices listed on our website and at checkout are charged in Us Dollar (USD $).
4. When Will I Be Charged?
Payment Capture: Payment is captured immediately at the time of order placement.
Confirmation: Once checkout is completed successfully, the full order amount is charged, and an order confirmation email is sent to the customer.
Processing: Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Payment Security (PCI DSS Compliance): Glowa is hosted on Shopify, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
All payment data is transmitted using SSL encryption.
We do not store, view, or access your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking details.
All transactions are processed directly by Shopify Payments through secure banking systems.
6. Billing Verification: Please ensure your billing information matches the details held by your payment provider. Orders flagged by automated fraud prevention systems may be delayed or cancelled for security reasons to protect cardholders.
7. Refunds: Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
