  • Returned in original packaging.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, Glave will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label via email.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, the style/color does not meet your preference, or you ordered the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
