We currently ship exclusively to the United States (US). Orders placed for delivery outside the United States will not be processed at this time.

3. Delivery Timelines

To ensure transparency for our customers, our delivery timeline is as follows:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT).
  • Order Processing Time (Handling): 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping Time (Transit): 4 – 6 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 8 Business Days.

Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

4. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

We primarily use FedEx (and other reliable carriers) to ensure your hand bags are delivered securely.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or our store’s tracking page.

For customers in the United States, the price displayed at checkout is the final price. There are no additional customs duties or surprise taxes to be paid upon delivery.

In the rare event that your package is delayed beyond the estimated 8 business days, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
